I received this originally as a sample from, I believe, Nordstrom's, with another purchase. I was really surprised when I tried it that it works so well. I've always had a problem with mascara, both getting it to stay (waterproof), and then getting it off. This removes the most stubborn mascara in seconds. I put a few drops on a cotton ball, and . . Voila! . . . mascara, eyeliner and shadow gone. The small size makes it perfect for travel also.

These are the perfect size for travel, or sticking in your purse. My absolute favorite eye make up remover for going on 20 years. Even with very sensitive eyes, this product is wonderful.

So you have to shake it up first. Then put it on your qtip cotton ball. This does not contain oil, true, it uses poloxamer 84 and dimethicone. So all the people that say oh, it works better than those awful “micellar water” products… that's what this is. That's why you have to shake it up. That said, dimethicone (a silicone based product) on your skin is nicer than propylene glycol aka oil. It doesn't leave that greasy feel, and is easier to blend in. And is completely odor free which I like. I wish the product description was a little clearer, because I was really looking for a Merle Norman kind of eye cleanser (the old kind they don't make anymore) that you don't shake up but it's better than some others I've tried including the purple bottle in the back of this pic…
