Used it for a photo shoot in my “old lady” outfit. Was so much fun.

I had never used a product like this before. I was nervous! It works great! You have to dry your tooth and let the paint dry, but it stays on, is comfortable, and comes off easily.

This stuff is fantastic! To apply, I tucked some tissues under my upper lip to keep the saliva off my teeth, dried the teeth, and painted on 2 coats. Once it was dry, I removed the tissues and was good to go. Incredibly, the product stayed on all night. I didn't eat with it on, but drinking had no effect on this product. At the end of the night, it removed easily with my fingernail. I was startled at first when I tried brushing to no effect. The paint simply doesn't come off that way. But by gently scraping the edge of the tooth, I was able to peel the paint off of each tooth in little sheets. They were clean in just a minute or two. I'd never used a product like this before, but I'm sold now

Okay, so it's really hard to find good tooth black anywhere, and not many of them have reviews. So I'm going to try and help another person out. From my meanderings around Amazon searching for tooth black, I discovered that wax would simply not do. It might look good, but it falls of easy. So instead I was looking for liquid tooth black, and surprise! This was the only one with a review. I wasn't sure how much to believe the review (no offense to the other reviewer, but it seemed like something someone from the company would say to boost sales), but I bought it anyway. So here's what I have to say. Liquid tooth black is a little hard to apply. I needed it for a cosplay to make my teeth pointy, and the first time I did it, it took me probably twenty minutes to do all the front teeth (i.e. the teeth that would show when I smiled). It has a brush like nail polish, and it is essentially nail polish for your teeth, so it's not terribly accurate, but with a steady hand it can be done. Two layers may be required, and it is essential that you AT LEAST dry your teeth with a finger or something before applying, as if there's any saliva on it the tooth black will go everywhere. I recommend keeping a paper towel on hand. And there is a minty smell accompanied with the tooth black, and I'm not sure why that is, but it seems harmless, i.e. something the combined ingredients would give off, or a scent the company added to make it more appealing to smell. I don't know if anyone else has this problem but me, but when my mouth is open for an extended time, I get lots of saliva pooling at the bottom of my mouth, which makes it hard to do the bottom teeth (as they keep getting wet!) so maybe put a wad of paper towel under your tongue or next to your gums to absorb some of the saliva. It'll feel weird, but it's kinda what the dentist does, so it's in your best interest. Now, once it's on, it stays pretty well. My bottom tooth black chipped, but I think that was because I keep knocking it against my upper teeth, and nudging it with my tongue. You can drink water fine with it on, (though I'd be a little careful. Like, throw it into your mouth basically, so you don't make waterfalls go over your tooth black and maybe loosen it or something), and small items like pieces of chocolate or something can be eaten without any problem. I wouldn't eat a full meal with it, or a sandwich, or anything really that requires you to bite with your incisors or canines. I didn't want to try it, but I would guess it would come off pretty quickly. The box says you need rubbing alcohol or tooth paste to get it off, but really all you need is a tooth brush, or some determined fingers and paper towels. If you scratch at it, with either a fingernail or a tooth brush, it will come off pretty easily. Hope this helps!

So I went to megacon as Art the Clown. I was nervous it wouldn't stay on but to my surprise I had it on all day! From 7am-12am lol I did repaint throughout the day to ensure nothing would come off but that usually was after eating or drinking coffee. Though, I honestly don't think much would've come off had I not repainted. I smiled, ate food(including steak) and drank hot coffee twice lol. This product is awesome and doesn't taste bad! It's really minty. Definitely worth it, pulled the look together nicely:)

I used this for cosplay as you can see lol and I went a whole day at a convention! I put it on with dried teeth as instructed on my top teeth to make them look sharp! Once I started to eat during lunch time tho i did in fact feel it peeling off. There is no distinct taste but it wasn't entirely pleasant eating and feeling this paint chip off. Most of it DID stay long enough I was satisfied but when it came to brushing it off by the end of the night it was very hard to remove all traces. I brushed my teeth about three times and even then I went the next day with tiny black specks on my teeth only noticeable to those I pointed it out to. Overall an okay product. I've never used anything like this before so I didn't know what to expect but it does the job (probably for a shorter period of time), chips slightly when eating, and a lot of effort to get off.

This product is perfect for a pirate costume. The tooth paint drys fast and is long lasting, yet easy to brush off with regular toothpaste. Tastes like peppermint.

Apply on a dry tooth just like nail polish. 2 coats work perfect. I blacked out some teeth for the redneck Olympics at a church camp and the kids and adults alike thought it was hilarious. One adult friend accidentally peed herself laughing at my black out teeth. Buy it!! Don't tell anyone and surprise them all with belly aching laughter!!

Il faut 2-3 couches mais ça marche, tient bien (même en mangeant) et un peu d'alcool pour retirer. Léger goût de menthe pas désagréable.

It's easy to apply, dries fast and sticks well (enough). Brush and dry first for best results. Two or more applications for close-up work are best.

This product was easy to use. took only a few minutes to dry on the tooth and stayed well painted until it was removed with rubbing alcohol. Excellent product. Well worth the reasonable cost.

It's not fully black after two coats and It's annoying to paint several coats on my teeth and it chipped of rlly easily but is ok
